Profile validation. Before publishing listings, each agent completes their profile (photo, phone, experience, areas covered) and submits it for validation by the REFLEXE Immobilier team.
Client reviews. The quality of agents' service is evaluated exclusively through reviews left by clients on the platform. These reviews are public and determine the trust level displayed on the agent's profile.
Sanctions in case of repeated complaints. When an agent receives a significant number of negative reviews from distinct clients, their account is subject to a temporary 30-day suspension, with automatic reactivation. In case of further repeated complaints, the suspension is extended to 90 days, then becomes permanent if the situation occurs again.
Service evolution. Access to the agent space is currently offered free of charge. REFLEXE Immobilier may evolve its services and offer, when the time comes, a premium plan with usage fees (monthly or annual), the terms of which would be communicated to agents in advance.
