Certain features (listing publication, favorites management, alerts) require the creation of an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.

By submitting a listing, you declare that you:

• Are the owner of the property or hold a valid mandate.
• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information.
• Hold the necessary rights to the photos and content submitted.

REFLEXE Immobilier reserves the right to refuse, modify, or remove any listing that does not comply with these conditions or the platform's standards.

REFLEXE Immobilier strives to keep the platform accessible and reliable, but does not guarantee continuous availability. We cannot be held responsible for:

• Inaccurate information provided by third parties.
• The outcome of transactions between users.
• Temporary interruptions related to maintenance or external events.

All elements of the platform (logo, design, texts, code) are the exclusive property of REFLEXE Immobilier. Any reproduction, modification, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

REFLEXE Immobilier reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by notification or email. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Port-au-Prince, Haïti.
