- Clarification of information — All questions or concerns from potential buyers are handled by the agency, drawing on the data and documents provided by the owner.
- Support through to signing — We follow the file step by step, through to the conclusion of the transaction and the signing of the deed of sale.
Upon completion of the sale, the agency receives its agreed commission from the owner and the buyer, in accordance with the established terms.

- Manage viewings and negotiations with owners themselves.
- Benefit from the visibility offered by REFLEXE Immobilier to actively searching clients.
This service guarantees visitors broader access to available listings, even when the agency does not directly hold the property being sought.
Terms of use
The operation of the portal is subject to the agency's internal policy. Any changes to this policy may affect the terms of access or use of the portal. In such cases, real estate agents will be notified at least three months in advance, to allow them to adapt their practices with full transparency.
Agent portalWe offer two levels of valuation:
- Automated valuation — a rough and approximate estimate, based on the owner's assessment and some market data.
- Professional valuation — a comprehensive study including surveys, plans, market analysis, land and construction value. This detailed report is recognized by banks, institutions and investors, and provides an accurate picture of the property's true value.
